Infosys, which plans to hire about 17,000 fresh graduates in FY22, is focusing on an equal gender mix.


Axis Bank, Infosys, Tata Steel, Vedanta, RPG Group, Dalmia Cement and Tata Chemicals among others have accelerated their search for female talent as the new ways of working and the resultant flexibility lead to greater opportunity for women’s workforce participation.
